2013 IR CLUB RACES

Attention all aspiring underbone racers, scooter racers and Boomland track day addicts: The 2013 IR Club Races at your favorite practice venue will start on March 24. Showcase your hard earned track riding skills in real racing competition without the high cost.

“IntraClub Fun Races” to race against your buddies, Pocketbikes for the sport’s future riders, “IR Club Races” where Experts riders are not allowed. For experts there are the: IR Open Club Races” for 160 Scooter and Open Underbone.

No racebike?? No Problem! There will be “Honda Beat Fun Cup” and “Piaggio Zip Fun Cup” races for Beginner and Novices where RACE SCOOTERS are available FREE OF USE.

The event will be run under the “IR Eliminator Rules” as used in the 2009 & 2010 IR Cup Series as well as the Honda Cup and Kymco Cup events, where riders will race in 6-rider heats in Qualifying and Semi Finals before the Finals. This format is fast paced and action packed plus easier for the casual fan to understand. The race classes will follow USRA Machine Rules and 2013 USRA Rider Classifications but Expert riders will be limited only to 2 classes.

9:40 AM – RIDERS BRIEFING
10:00 AM – QUALIFYING HEATS
12:00 NN – LUNCH BREAK
12:30 PM – SEMI FINAL HEATS
2:50 PM – FINAL RACE (Provisional)

EACH RIDER (One Day): P100 – USRA 1-event MEMBERSHIP
