Adventure bikes or ADV bikes might be heavy and expensive but they are among the most capable bikes, easiest to ride and are usually equipped with all the latest technologies and safety features that each brand has to offer.

In the past decade, adventure bikes have been growing in popularity over the normal cruisers and sportbikes. Somehow, the appeal of being able to ride almost anywhere in the world became cooler or more desireable than just speeding around a racetrack or rumbling along a boulevard.

For Pinoys, there’s more incentive to get into ADV bikes because of the numerous destinations around the country that fits ADV riding. Unlike in other countries, you don’t need to fly to an exotic remote country to get your ADV riding fix. Your adventure ride is usually only half day of riding away!

It is made even more fun because of clubs and there are a number of organized adventure bike rides from major brands.

One such event is the world class annual GS Camp Travel event .Now on its 8th year , the Annual GS Camp/Travel Event is organized by BMW Motorrad and Touratech Philippines.Lead organizers are BMW Motorrad Directer Mr. Gil Balderas, Touratech Philippines’ and Certified Motorrad International Tour Guide Mr. Alvin Dee and Certified Motorrad Instructor Mr Toto Villanueva.
