Two Filipinos will start in the top 7 out of 22 riders after a hot UB150 Super Pole Session today at the 2022 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship at the Chang International Circuit in Buriram, Thailand.

The hot temparatures compared to the morning’s cool Qualifying conditions meant that the times were not as fast. But the fast riders were still able to get the most of it.

April King Mascardo of UMA Racing MMR Yamaha Philippines will start on the front row later todar for Race 1 from P2. Mascardo was actually sitting on Provisional Pole on his Yamaha Sniper 150 for a few minutes until he was beaten by Malaysian Md Hafiza Rofa.

Meanwhile, his team mate Gian Carlo Mauricio was able to maintain his 7th position on the grid. Mauricio is feeling fast and confident heading into Race 1.
