Few lucky owners have now received their 2020 NMAX scooters starting yesterday. It is not a secret that Yamaha Philippines have been delivering units to its dealers when quarantine was reduced to GCQ last month.

Originally scheduled to be officially released late March by Yamaha, the event was postponed due to the pandemic. Although Yamaha proceeded with the digital launch of the 2020 XSR155 last July, it was still quiet regarding the new 2020 NMAX.

But, the demand and anticipation for the new model is so high that a formal launch probably was not a priority. But knowing YMPH, for sure something is cooking.

Last month the dealers themselves leaked the prices to social media which sent the market crazy.

Now it seems that dealers have already started transfering the units to the customers hands just before MECQ was again reinstated.

In their social media pages, we found at least two dealers namely Yamaha Megavia and Motortrade Cubao who have posted 2020 NMAX releases.

Maybe the other dealers have started also to release and it is only a matter of time before the official digital launch event happens.

Meanwhile Wheeltek has also announced that they are now offering the new NMAX in all its branches.

The 2020 NMAX proce starts at P119,000 for the Standard model and The ABS version is P134,500.

Congratulations to the first new owners !
