Founded on May 28, 2011, the Unified Sports and Racing Association (USRA) for Motorcycles, Inc. has helped in developing local motorcycle road racing sports and nurturing young talent who are now at the top of their racing careers.

The sanctioning body is on its 11th year in 2022 and to celebrate this milestone and thank the motorcycle racing community, a free track day for underbone, scooter and supersport riders was held at the Tarlac Circuit Hill last May 28. USRA treated the riders to free four track sessions per motorcycle category and also provided a packed meal lunch for the track day participants.

Riders, racers and clubs particularly the NK Chiller Club enjoyed the USRA track day. Expert racer Fritsy Claveria invited his students and aside from the track day, he also had motorcycle riding lessons during the event. The track day has been a good practice day for racers who joined the opening round of the Motul Super Series the following day. An ambulance and safety marshals were provided by USRA during the event.

USRA is currently headed by Mr. Duds Lumague and USRA Board and Officers are Mr. Jun Mirasol, Mr. Edwin Go, Mr. Al Camba, Mr. Jong Uy and Mr. Philip Bonza. It sanctions the IRGP, Super Series Nationwide Championships, MotoIR Championship and IR Club Races.
