MotoIR Championship Will Recognize Manufacturers in 2025

Similar to the IRGP, the MotoIR Manufacturer Awards will be in place for 2025 starting at the first round this March 29-30. A manufacturer will earn points from every round based on every rider that finishes in the top 15 in the main race on Sunday (excluding Saturday Sprint Race).

All riders, regardless of team or affiliation will earn points for the brand of the motorcycle that they raced.

There will be 4 categories:
1. Super Sport Bike SSBK
(GP and SP combined pts)
2. Super Sport 200 SSP
(GP and SP combined pts )
3. Super Underbone
(Open GP and LTD GP combined pts)
4. Super Scooter
(Maxi GP and SP combined pts)

At the end of the 6 race season, the manufacturer with the most points in each of the 4 categories will be declared champions and each will be awarded the 2025 MotoIR Manufacturers’ Award Trophies at the Philippine Racing Industry Awards (PRIA) in 2026.

MotoIR Manufacturer Awards are to given as incentives and recognition to the brands who will support riders and teams.

So far, the ultracompetitive MotoIR season indicates that we will see riders race on 7 different brands from Japan, Europe and China. (Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Aprilia, KTM and CFMoto).
