Yamaha Motor Philippines proudly introduces My Yamaha Motor- REV PH, an innovative digital loyalty and rewards platform designed to offer customers exclusive perks, premium benefits, and access to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. This digital platform showcases an ingenious approach to customer service with its seamless and more efficient engagement.
The official launch was held at the YZone Flagship Shop, where Yamaha Executives stresses the importance of digital transformation to the brand’s goal of providing a new standard in customer engagement. This initiative also represents a pioneering step in the industry, as Yamaha becomes the first to launch a full digital rewards program.
To further immerse the audience with the application, a live walkthrough was also conducted, providing the audience with a comprehensive understanding of the platform’s features and user experience. Starting with the creation of the unique login code called the Y-ID, to the customer efforts to earn points, the tier levels that progress through each point acquired, up to the various benefits they can receive all by using the digital platform.
An exciting challenge was also conducted to kick off the launch, tapping five content creators to compete in different Revzone locations: Inside Moto for Revzone Cabanatuan, Motour Pilipinas for Revzone Lipa, UBec Rida for Revzone Maxilom, Motocha for Revzone Iloilo, and Motopopsi for Revzone Lapasan. The challenge, titled Race to Platinum, put them through a series of tests showcasing what My Yamaha Motor-REV PH can do. The participants had the opportunity to engage with the platform on a deeper level, assuming the roles of brand ambassadors, mechanics, sales representatives, and even service advisors. The final leg of the challenge took place at the YZone Flagship Shop where they completed their last task to reach the Platinum tier. In the end, Inside Moto emerged victoriously, accumulating an impressive 11,100 points.
