After more than 2 years of planning and coordination, the iconic Tarlac Circuit Hill (TCH), the Philippines’ home of motorcycle circuit racing since 2022, will have its first major renovation since it started operation in 2014. Renovation has started on May 18, 2026.

The renovation will create a reverse layout, featuring the addition of a “Suzuka” chicane, a new turn one that includes sufficient runoff , and a shortcut to bypass the tighter inside turns and create a faster and more open layout for higher displacement supersports motorcycles up to 600cc-1000cc.
The reverse layout will greatly add to the safety as well as improved spectator viewing. Also improvement of paddock facilities. The renovation process will allow for events to still be held and will cause minimal disruption in TCH operations on race weekends.

TCH has been an important part of Tarlac’s mission to promote safety riding among it’s youth by providing a safe place to race as well as promoting youth sports and recreation for Tarlaqueños.
More so, ever since IR, USRA and NAMSSA made TCH its home for the Philippine’s national and international races beginning in 2022, it has also created a stable sports tourism attraction in the area that contributes to local economic activities.

Upon completion by end of the third quarter of 2026, the revised layout will enable TCH to host track day and race events for sports motorcycles up to 1,000 cc using the much open and faster layout the bypasses the tight turns. Meanwhile, it will be safer for underbones and scooters.
