ANGKAS Motorsports debut at Motul GP MotoIR in Tarlac with Sobretodo

After an epic launch event last month at the IR Bikefestival and Tradeshow held at the World Trade Center, ANGKAS Motorsports will finally make its racing debut on the race track this weekend April 24 during the MOTUL GP. The opening of the 2022 MotoIR Championships USRA Nationals at the Tarlac Circuit Hill will feature roadraces for sportsbikes, underbones, scooters and MiniGPs.

ANGKAS National Ambassador and new IRGP Legend Eane Jay Sobretodo, who is only 20 years old, will be wearing the blue and white ANGKAS colors for the first time.

He will be making his debut in the top Motul MotoIR1 class using a Ninja 400cc bike for the first time. He is also set to compete in the MotoIR2 class.

” Thank you for trusting me Angkas. I will do my best!” said EJ Sobretodo dubbed “Fastboy22” who dominated the MotoIR2  and MotoIR3 classes in the just concluded IRGPXIV.  He also secured  the 2021 USRA National Championships in MotoIR3 MiniGP All Star, MotoIR Sealed Underbone and Super Series Super Underbone Sealed.

He is a proud member if Suzuki Team VMAN for many years and has has won a race in Suzuka, Japan in the Asia Road Racing Championships Suzuki Asian Challenge in 2016. Team ANGKAS is supported by Access Plus Racing, Ohlins Philippines, Pirelli and Team VMAN.
