Bridgestone is the Official Tire of IRGP4

For the fourth consecutive year, Bridgestone will be the Official Tire of the MOTOLITE IRGP4 taking place on November 27-28 at the Carmona Race Track in Cavite. A testament to the reliability of their products, all IRGP underbone racers have used Bridgestone’s BATTLAX BT-39SS since 2007 and have never experienced a problem and provided excellent racing in all classes.

The BATTLAX BT-39SS provides exceptional grip, proven performance and durability for safe and exciting racing. The tire was developed with underbone class production racing in mind. BATTLAX BT-39SS uses a special compound provides exceptional dry grip and durable grip throughout the race. By securing the large contact area, the aggressive BT-39SS pattern is designed to maximize the tires’ magnetic grip. Since its debut in the first IRGP, it now used by most local underbone racers.

To ensure equality among the riders, IRGP first implemented the one tire rule in local racing way back in 2007. MotoGP started using Bridgestone exclusively since 2009 and Casey Stoner, Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo have won World Championships using Bridgestone tires.
