Doblada wins MotoIR at Carmona!

MotoIR-Report2-300x145HONDA-MTRT’s Paul Mark Doblada won the fifth round of the 2014 Shell Advance MotoIR Championship Presented by Honda. It has been an intense battle between polesitter Doblada and defending champ Rizaldy Canare in the 15-lap race that featured 16 MotoIR riders at the Carmona Race Track last July 13 during the IR Cup Series. In the end, Doblada crossed the finish with a 0.334s margin of victory over Canare. Dustin Esguerra of MLW-Zebra clinched the third place. In the MotoIR2 class, Robert Matthew Ramos of Honda-MTRT won and joining him in the podium were Replica Pro’s Edmar Quiambao who finished second and third placer Gio Adriano of EGV. Ramos was also the winner of the Shell Advance MotoIR Youth Cup.  The very first Filipino Moto3 rider and Philippine representative to the Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup international series Ralph Kenneth Torres of Team SUM RACING-RACEWELL  joined the MotoIR championship for the first time.
