Ducati just premiered the new Panigale V2 Bayliss 1st Championship 20th Anniversary, a numbered edition tribute to a Ducati hero and one of the most beloved Ducatista of all time: 3-time Superbike World Champion and MotoGP winner Troy Bayliss.

Since he won all 3 world titles on different V2 Ducati models, it was fitting that the bike is a limited edition Panigale V2 Speciale with a special tri-colore livery comemorating Bayliss’ 996R on which he won first World Championship in 2001. It also carries his trademark racing number 21.

It has premium Ohlins Suspension; NUX 30 at the front and TT 36 at the back. It has Ohlins steering damper as well.

With a Lithium-Ion battery, the Bayliss V2 edition is 3 kgs lighter than the standard V2 at only 174.5 kgs dry. It is propelked by the latest 955cc 90 degree Superquadro engine produces 155 hp.
