“The Dustroyer” Dustin Esguerra is racing under a new team this 2026 season. Aside from this, he is also racing on board a Suzuki Raider 150 Fi. It has been years since the rider from Taytay, Rizal raced using the said motorcycle model.

Esguerra was a member of the Suzuki Factory team in 2003 and 2004 and also raced on a Raider back in 2010 and 2011 when he was with Jetron Hi-Speed Racing Team.

The opening round of this year’s Motul MotoIR National Championship saw Esguerra going up against the top riders in the country in the Super Underbone Limited GP Expert class. “Racing on a Suzuki Raider again feels the same and nothing changed. It feels like I’ve only ridden it yesterday. It’s still good to ride and stable and I am comfortable even in corners,” shared Esguerra.

Esguerra and Dustroyer69 x Vhenworkz team are still fine tuning their race bikes according to the settings the veteran rider prefers. Though they are still at the “getting to know each other” or adjustment stage, they look forward to progress, have better results and eventually podium finishes and wins throughout the year. Vhenworkz racing team is no stranger to the MotoIR National Championship and the team had their share of accomplishments with years of competing in different races.

One of the seasoned and highly skilled Filipino riders, Esguerra has a colorful racing career and a number of titles and wins through the years. He also competed internationally and represented the country. Esguerra was one of the champions of the first ever IRGP held in 2007 and until now is still passionate in racing motorcycles. Asked about his thoughts on the Philippine racing scene now, he stated, “I can say that circuit racing has really boomed and continues to grow in the country. I have been racing for a long time now and more than half of my life I competed in circuit races. I started back in 2000 and until now, I feel like it was just yesterday. I am happy to see many aspiring racers today and that even motor shows have a circuit concept category now. That means that circuit racing really has a big influence in the Philippines.”

Pertua Oils Philippines, Vhenworkz, RK Racing Chain and Sprockets, Faito Philippines, Racing Boy Philippines, UMA Racing Philippines, JM Mirasol Advertising Chelw Knee Sliders, Lucas Chang Tire Warmers and CHC Racing Suit Philippines are supporting Dustin Esguerra in his campaign this 2026 racing season.
