The 2020 Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is now being held for a week at the famous Loretta Lyn Ranch for the 39th time. It is the most prestigious amateur motocross event in the world.

Yesterday, a pure blooded Filipino Polini Francisco (originally from Taytay,Rizal) who now resides in San Jose California, is now second overall for the 250cc Limited Class in heading into the last moto.

He came in 4th in Moto 1 and 2nd in Moto 2 behind Jacob Henry of New York.

Since 1982, the Loretta Lyn races which crowns 36 AMA National Champions serves as the proving ground for the future stars of American motocross, and is a showcase of the world’s most sought after talent.

The biggest names in the sport have left their mark on the hallowed grounds of this prestigious event including Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto, and Ryan Dungey.
