FIM NAMSSA Philippine Rider of the Year (ROY) for Circuit Racing points are at stake this weekend May 3-4 Motul MotoIR R.d 2 in the following categories:
Phil. Rider of the Year = SUB Open GP
Phil. SBK Champion = SSBK GP
Phil. Women’s Champion = SSBK (Super Sport Bike) Women’s
Phil. Scooter Champion = Super Maxi GP
Phil. Rookie of the Year = SUB LTD SP

NAMSSA is the official affiliate or FMN of the Philippines to the FIM or Federacion Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), the international governing body for motorcycles, and is recognized by Phil. Olympic Committee (POC) and Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).
USRA is a partner and an affiliate of NAMSSA for national circuit racing. Together with InsideRACING and The Racing Line TV there are now 21 Sanctioned National Circuit Races (MotoIR, Super Series and RUGP) scheduled all across the Philippines where riders can join and earn national points.
From 4 international circuit racers in 2022, there are now at least 17 Filipino riders in 2025 who will race internationally from MiniGP to Asia SS600 to European Moto3 with support from local companies and manufacturers.
The Philippines have also won the FIM Asia Cup of Road Racing (ACCR) 3 times in the last 4 editions.
