FREE ENTRY! Nov 13-14 Honda One Make Race Dealer’s Cup and Trackday 2010 Finals at Carmona

Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI) is proud to invite all young, beginners, amateur racers, rider clubs, dealers and racers to experience true racing and track riding at the 2010 Honda One Make Race Dealers’ Cup and Owners’ Trackday 2010 Finals on November 13 and 14 at the historic Carmona Racetrack in Cavite This unique event, organized by HPI and InsideRACING, will be a FUN EVENT for all Honda motorcycles and scooters owners as well as for HPI employees and its dealers. This activity is also a continuation of Honda’s pioneering One Make Race Series in the country aimed at promoting safety, racing on the track and not on the streets, while at the same time developing grass roots motorcycle sports in the country.

Saturday Nov 13 will consist of Trackday for all Honda owners and HPI employees. This are for Honda owners who do not want to race but wants to experience the track in a safe and controlled event complete with medical staff and track marshals. This will be your best chance to circulate the famous Carmona Race Track at no cost. SESSIONS WILL BE GROUPED ACCORDING TO SAFETY GEAR. Those who will arrive with FULL LEATHER SUITS (no textile suits!), gloves and racing boots will run the FULL TRACK while those who will arrive with only ARMOR AND PADDING and above-ankle shoes will run the SHORT TRACK. Groups will run four 15-minute sessions. A maximum of thirty (30) riders will be accepted per session.

Saturday will also see the Practice and Qualifying for the main 2010 FINALS of the HONDA DEALERS CUP where the top 5 finishers of the Luzon,Visayas, and Mindanao legs are invited to compete. A Media CB110 Challenge is will also run.

Sunday Nov 14, will again consist of Trackdays for Honda owners and HPI employees and will also see and three INTERCLUB FUN RACES open to all Beginners/Novice riders in three categories (115 OPEN, 130 OPEN and Scooter 160OPEN) running at FULL TRACK meaning LEATHER SUITS are required. For those without leather suit can run the HONDA SPECIAL RACE on the SHORT CIRCUIT.

The FINAL race for the Honda Dealers Cup will also be on Sunday and will be the final event of the day. Other expert/novice riders not invited to the 2010 Finals can still join and run the 130 OPEN INVITATIONAL RACE open to all Experts/ Novice riders using machine up to 130 OPEN modifications. Also on Sunday, a special event open only to HPI employees and any dealer entry will be the HPI-DEALERS FUN RACE wherein the competitors will ride strictly stock Honda Beat scooters.

LASTLY, HPI WILL BE HOSTING A BIG VICTORY PARTY AT CARMONA AFTER THE LAST RACE ON SUNDAY!!!

Registration is FREE for all the races and trackday participants as well as for the spectators. There is a limit of only 24 riders per race class and 30 riders for trackday groups.

Registration starts at 8:00am on both Saturday and Sunday on a first come first served basis.
