Al Camba:The 2024 Honda Click 160 is an excellent choice for riders looking to upgrade from sub 125cc scooters or to new riders who find sub 125cc scooters underpowered and small for their physical size. It offers not only an increase in performance but also an upgrade in riding refinement, functional features and most importantly, road presence and style. It could be the perfect upgrade for motorcycle taxi riders who needs a more capable and comfortable scooter to ferry passengers. It is equipped with Honda’s more powerful 157cc 4-valve, liquid-cooled eSP engine. However the bigger engine does not penalize the rider in terms of fuel efficiency as the Click 160 offers very close fuel economy figures according to Honda, maybe a kilometer or two per liter. Thanks to its Idling Stop System feature and engine tuning aimed for fuel economy. This means that the Click 160 will still be an economical daily commuter. Despite the longer wheelbase and wider tires, the 160’s handling is still light, quick and sporty, aided by the perfect handlebar bent and tilted forward floorboard. As for comfort and features, the Click 160 gives a larger, more comfortable seat, a USB charger and stylish full digital panel and a Smart Key System with Anti-theft alarm and answer back system and Park Brake lock. The bigger Click has also greater presence on the road and is stylish as well with its full LED lighting, sporty muffler design and magnesium colored cast wheels with wider tires and new body stickers. Overall, it is an excellent value for money all-around upgrade that is suitable for both daily commute and sporty leisure rides.”

Ryan Almeda: The new Honda Click 160, just like its predecessor (Click 150), is an agile and capable scooter for the 150-160cc class. Now with its new body design to give it a bulkier look than the Click 150, it is a step up in its game. Though the click 150 is bigger than the most 125cc scooters in the market, it still looks small because of its body design wherein it seems that the priority is being sleek and thin, but the now, the look of the Click 160 is perfect and will not be mistaken for a 125cc scooter. Another thing worth noting is the stopping power and the braking system. Though not equipped with ABS, I feel safer and confident during abrupt braking because I know that the brakes on both front and rear tires will engage because of the CBS (Combined Braking System) of Honda which is also present on most of their small displacement automatic scooters. When I tested it, not only it was powerful enough to make me stop in the shortest possible distance from the braking point, it was incredibly smooth also.  I will not dig deep anymore in its amenities as to most of what we need comes already as a “standard” to almost all motorcycles and scooters in this era (LED headlights, led taillights, digital panel gauge, under seat storage, front storage pocket,) but the keyless ignition is also worth noting. It’s still a nice feature especially to those who are always in a hurry resulting in forgetting their keys still inserted in their bikes. Colors are nice and all, but I hope they can release a glossy model. Some of us still prefer the shiny rather than the matte finish.”
