For Motor Vehicle owners whose registration is being processed by their dealers, the Land Transportation Office released a public advisory on how to check availability of plates.

There are two ways. First is to coordinate with dealers directly regarding the status of MV plates.

One can also go to the reliable LTO portal site https://www.lto.net.ph/. Below the home page of the LTO portal site, LTO’s ONLINE SERVICES can be found. Click the MOTOR VEHICLE 7-CHARACTER PLATE BACKLOG INQUIRY. Enter MV file number and the system will instantly show a message that indicates the status of plates.

For unavailability, LTO advises to coordinate with dealers.
