A few days ago KTM announced the limited production RC 8C. A bike developed by KTM on the race track for the race track.

The KTM RC 8C takes its proven LC8C engine and combines it with a bespoke chassis Moto2 style , and high performance, high end components to produce a machine as close to a factory race bike as possible.

Producing 128 hp, with a 140kg dry weight, the limited-edition machine is engineered to be 100% READY TO RACE!

Rolling out of pit lane and directly onto the starting grid, the KTM RC 8C is a purpose-built, lightweight racing prototype with a KTM 890 LC8c engine, bespoke frame and WP Pro Components suspension with one ultimate goal – to devour lap times.

Featuring exclusive, top of the line and race-focused components, the KTM RC 8C makes use of dedicated track chassis, giving the rider more feeling and making it easy to decimate the competition.

Using a production motor ensures easy maintenance, while the body work is engineered to be replaced quickly and easily in the event of a crash. A dedicated racing exhaust with Akrapovič titanium muffler and air box and racing air filter complete the package
