IR Update:Mascardo 2nd fastest in SAC Practice

  Team Suzuki Pilipinas riders had a great start to their weekend here in Suzuka City Japan for the third round of the Suzuki Asian Challenge. April King Mascardo of Mindanao finished 2nd fastest in the first practice session with a time of 2:56.813s while rookie Eane Jay Sobretodo of Luzon was 5th and Borbon of Visayas was 6th fastest overall out of 17 riders. Indonesian rider Jeff Tosema was fastest with 2:54.054s. Suzuka was a good circuit for Philippines and Mascardo as the team achieved the first ever ARRC Filipino podium in history when he finished third. So far, in the first two rounds of 2016 the Philippine squad has finished on the podium with Mascardo finishing an impressive 2nd in Malaysia and rookie Sobretodo 3rd in Thailand.
