IRGPXIV moves date again

Inside Racing is formally announcing the postponement of the IRGPXIV “Our One Great Race Returns” race event from its Jan 21-23 schedule to a later date on March 11-13, . The venue will still be at the historic Carmona Race Track in Cavite.

The event was originally scheduled for December 3-4 last year but was postponed to January 2022.

This new postponement is is due to the health safety concerns brought about by the surge in Covid cases this January mainly because of the more contagious Omicron variant. This has also resulted in increased people movement restrictions in Metro Manila, NCR, Bulacan, Laguna, and Cavite areas that directly affects the teams and riders who will prepare and practice for the event.

On a positive note, this will give IR and the teams more time to prepare to make IRGPXIV greater when it finally happens in March. We want to have as much spectators legally allowed to experience and enjoy our epic IRGP race after an absence of more than two years since 2019.

IRGP would like to thank all our loyal event partners and sponsors as well as teams and hardcore race fans for your understanding and support.
