McKinley Kyle Paz, the first Filipino to compete in the FIM CEV Repsol Moto2 Championships left the country tonight for Italy where he will be based for at least 2 months.

Kyle Paz and YMPH’s Jordan Cornista at the airport earlier tonight.

He and YMPH’s Jordan Cornista will live near Valentino Rossi’s infamous Master Camp Ranch where he will train in between races at the ranch together with other VR46 riders.

Duds Lumague of Dudshop Design presented his new helmet before Kyle Paz left for Italy tonight.

At the airport before his flight he took delivery of a specially painted helmet by Dudshop Design that he will use at the races. The design is at par with other international racers designs in terms of impact and color combination.

It also includes his Moto2 race number “32” thst he will use at the races this season.

Dudshop Design said the design concept is called the “Wonder Boy Helmet”, fir a modern Philippine warrior.

The highlight of the design of course, is the Philippine flag emblazoned on top of the helmet. Paz will surely loudly announce the arrival of a Filipino in the CEV Moto2 class!
