LTO Warns Public of Online Fraud

Transactions with the Land Transportation Office are temporarily suspended due to the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).

Licenses, permits and registrations of motor vehicles that have expired during ECQ are still valid.

The LTO advises the public not to engage with individuals and social media pages offering convenient LTO transactions. These online transactions are not authorized and are illegal. Individuals and those involved in this fraud are now being investigated by the LTO which plans to file charges against them.
