One of the most exciting race series for 2021 will make its race debut this Sunday October 31 at the Carmona Race Track.
The 2021 Motul MotoIR3 All Stars MiniGP will have its first of three races this Sunday at the famed Carmona venue during the second round of the Motul Super Series Nationwide Championships.
Like in the last round at CIS, the series participant has been growing race by race. For this Sunday’s race we will see the debut of 3 riders and the return of another.
Making his All Star race debut is the last among the fastest superbike riders in the Philippines, multi-time PSBK Champion Marvin Mangulabnan of Team Motul/MM189. He was suppose to race in the the very first all star race back in July but was sidelined when he crashes just 2 days before the race. Like TJ Alberto, he also missed the next legs to focus on his PSBK campaign. But this weekend, thanks to his sponsor Motul, he has niw his own miniGP and is looking foreard to finally mix it up with the top stars of Philippine roadracing.
The next star to join is Paul Mark Doblada of Team Race PRO MTRT. The IRGP and MotoIR star and TSR Race director attended the MotoIR3 Test Day last June and was impressed with the miniGP’s handling and performance. After being on the sideline for the first few races he finally decided to take the plunge and will race with the superbikers this Sunday.
Meanwhile, Pirelli Cup and MotoIR race winner Fritssy Claveria of SEC Motosupply will make a return to the all star grid. He sampled the series on a borrowed bike from Access Plus Group last September but was absent in the next round. With the help of his primary sposnosr SEC Motosupply, he has finally secured his own miniGP and will grid up this Sunday.
Also making his debut is SP rider Kevin Ramirez after winning the InsideRacingNATION MotoIR Scholarship raffle.
