If it’s personal, the mounted shield isn’t supposed to be a necessity… Kasama na nga sa bahay yan diba?
The shield designs being submitted is for motorcycles taking passengers OUTSIDE the household when and if they are allowed to do so…
The approved design has so many implications and design flaws that defeats the purpose…
While other more safer and scientifically backed designs are not considered…
