MVIS will now charge the same rate as Private Emission Testing Centers

The Motor Vehicle Inspection Systems (MVIS) will now charge the same rate as Private Emission Testing Centers following Pres. Duterte’s order that MVIS are no longer mandatory venues for vehicle inspection.
Vehicle Inspection Center Operators Association of the Philippines president Inigo Larrazabal said MVIS inspections will now cost PHP600 for light vehicles, PHP500 for motorcycles, and PHP300 for jeepneys aside from waiving re-testing fees for the duration of the pandemic.
