No More Quarantine for Travelers in Ilocos Sur

In light of the recent uniformity of travel protocols nationwide, the Province of Ilocos Sur announced that “quarantine” is no longer required for travelers unless they exhibit symptoms upon arrival in the province.
However, for returning residents, locally stranded individuals, tourist and frequent border crossers, requirements are still needed such as
– negative RT-PCR test result
– identification card
– travel order
– travel itenerary
Except APOR (authorized person outside residents) who work in government.
“All travelers, before entry to Ilocos Sur, shall pass the symptom screening at the border upon arrival, and in case of public transport upon boarding,”- said Gov. Ryan Luis Singson
Authorities shall continue to to strictly implement minimum health protocols such as wearing of face masks and face shields and social distancing..
