Oct. 28 : Record 91 race entries for IRGP2

The Second InsideRACING Grand Prix” (IRGP2) will have a record number of race entries when the annual GP-style race event sanctioned by NAMSSA for underbone motorcycle road racing takes place on November 29-30 at the Carmona Race Track in Cavite.

A total of 91 race entries and 75 leading local riders will compete in
five prestigious categories. This year’s total has eclipsed the inaugural
event’s figure of 66 race entries from 57 riders. No doubt, IRGP2 is now
one of the most well attended local race event.

There will be sixteen (16) entries in the Shell Advance Juniors Trophy,
seventeen (17) in the Shell Advance Masters Trophy, ten (10) in the Denso
Sparkplug Automatic GP, twenty-six (26) in the Castrol Power1 115GP and
twenty-one (21) in the Castrol Power1 130GP.

The record number of entries came form a total of eight (8) manufacturer
teams and approximately sixteen (16) private teams.
