The riding communities in the Philippines have been growing as both riders and riding enthusiasts share and spread their love for motorcycles. Scattered as these groups may be, they all are thrill seekers holding the same enthusiasm and passion for road adventures.
To provide a venue where riders and enthusiasts experience the joy of riding, Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI,) the number one motorcycle manufacturer in the Philippines, held the Honda Riders Convention 2019 –Luzon Leg at the Tagaytay International Convention Center. The event gathered 3,000 Honda riders and enthusiasts in more than 50 clubs for a day of fun-filled activities that fuels camaraderie and support.
The Honda Riders Convention is one of the many activities that Honda develops to show their appreciation to its loyal riders. “We consider our riders as our main source of inspiration when designing and innovating new features for our motorcycles. That is why we’d like to give back to these communities by inviting them to a fun-filled event that combines camaraderie, support, passion, and commitment.” Says their Asst. Vice President for Sales & Marketing & Supply Chain Management, Mr. Jomel Jerezo.

Riders also had the opportunity to participate in various activities geared towards their interests as motorcycle enthusiasts, such as the test ride activity, the Riders Skills Challenge and Motor Show. To add excitement, HPI aims to honor the riders’ special skills and talents through the “Riders Got Talent” competition and the “Miss Honda Riders Con 2019” segment.
