This is a unique fusion of Stance and Thai Street Bike on a 2019 Yamaha NMAX base bike. The scoot is owned by Joseph “Enzo” Caldivilla, the man behind S & E Motorparts and Accessories. Joseph started modifying scoots back in 2017. Back then, he was still starting out with his motor parts business. Initially, he was just an avid spectator in motor shows, but eventually he decided to showcase the many parts and accessories available in his shop. Hence, he started working on his stance show scoots with the aim of making them as mobile showcases of the parts, accessories and modifying services his shop offers. Going into the bike, the S & E crew with the guidance of Joseph spared no expense to build this bespoke scoot. It is a unique fusion of Thai Street Bike and Stance with its custom modifications aimed to lighten the scoot starting with the custom-machined lightened swing arm, lightened passenger grab bars and lightened crankcase. To make the scoot even lighter, they used custom full carbon fiber for its major body panels. They also used genuine JRP racing flat seat, titanium handlebars, titanium velocity stack and carbon fiber radiator cover. The team also totally upgraded the scoot’s brake system starting with the high-performance Brembo 4 pot caliper (front), Brembo 2 pot caliper (rear), RCS Brembo brake master paired with lightened disc rotors (front and rear). The scoot also features a wide array of high-performance THDM parts such as the Upper Speed head post, Domino switches, Domino quick throttle, Earls brake lines, genuine Heng Thai bolts and ORBR power pipe racing exhaust. For the wheel set, they did not go for the standard Thai drag setup wheel set, instead they went for the super wide Speedy rims paired with Osaki chrome hubs with Yaguso spokes wrapped in Arrow low profile tires. One of the key features of the scoot is the custom air suspension system (front and back). The rider can control the ground clearance with just a press of a button. When fully parked, it can be set to Stance Mode but if you are taking it for a ride, you can adjust it to standard mode. If you encounter big humps on the road you can set it to its highest setting with max ground clearance more than enough to clear any hump or deep pothole on the road. “Building this scoot takes a lot of patience, hard work and dedication. You have to keep yourself calm and composed every time you encounter challenges during the build especially for custom or bespoke projects. There is always a solution if you work as a team,” Joseph shared. “I would like to thank my family, especially my wife and kids for always supporting my hobby. Shoutout also to my S & E Motor parts family, Bongworks, my Simply Stance Cebu City family, all of my friends and everyone who appreciates my work. Thank you so much to InsideRACING Magazine for featuring my latest build and above all, the Lord Almighty for allowing me to experience all of this,” Joseph added. Parts and Accessories Used
