Suzuki Asian Challenge Rd.2 update: Qualifying results – Mascardo leads the way for PH

Here are the results in the qualifying session of the Suzuki Asian Challenge:

In a battle between the top racers in Asia, the Philippines put up a respectable showing in the qualifiers with our three boys putting on improved performances. 2015 top Philippine racer April King Mascardo put up a strong showing and will take the 5th position in the grid with his 2:17.747s. Buriram first timer Eane Jaye Sobretodo bounced back after crashing yesterday and will take the 8th position with his 2:18.071s, followed closely by Mario Borbon, Jr. with 2:18.880, good for 9th.
