The 2nd race of the Suzuki Asian Challenge Buriram, Thailand leg just concluded and here are the results for Team Suzuki Pilipinas.
April King Mascardo proved to be the top Filipino rider once again as he clocked in just 0.29s short of a podium spot and ended up in 4th place, after leading the race with 2 corners to go. Tough luck once again as he nearly won the 1st race yesterday before committing a cornering error on the last turn. Improving EJ Sobretodo followed closely at 6th place, finishing 0.527s behind the champion, Muhd Zakaria of Malaysia. Cebu’s Mario Borbon, Jr. meawhile finished at 8th spot.
