The Battle for Greatness Continues! Motul MotoIR’s Second Round Thrills Tarlac!

It was another exciting race weekend at Tarlac Circuit Hill with the Philippine Motul MotoIR National Championship bringing in the best racers and racing action last May 3 and 4. Just like the season opener back in March, the second round had a great turnout again with prominent names and up and coming riders delivering quality racing much to the delight of race fans.

Round 2 was nothing short of racing excitement and showcase of riding skills with a good number of underbone, scooter and backbone racers that participated. Presented by Motul Luzon distributor Infiniteserv International, the 2025 Philippine MotoIR National Championship is organized by InsideRACING and sanctioned by the Philippine FIM Federation NAMSSA and its club affiliate USRA. The series is supported by Honda Philippines, event partner GS Batter and tire partners FDR, Pirelli, CST and MAXXIS. InsideRACING at Tarlac Circuit Hill are fully supported by the Local Government of the Province of Tarlac headed by Gov. Susan Yap.

Sprint races on May 3 saw another dominating performance from Motortrade Kawasaki WRD’s Casey Edward Clamor in the Motul 300V Super Sport Bike GP. Meanwhile, ADM Racing Team’s Kerwin Chang was the winner in the Motul 300V Super Underbone Open GP sprint race. Victors in Race 5 and Race 6 of the Motul MotoIR Youth Cup rider development series that day were Travis Canoy Jr. in the Senior Plus class and Ronald Galzote in the Senior category.

Travis Canoy Jr. also had a remarkable performance and won Race 1 of the F.C.C. Honda Pilipinas Dream Cup while Jolo Suba was the victor in Race 2.
