Here’s the official statement from Paz after last weekend’s race in Spain.

“The very challenging week has finally ended. Being a rookie in the FIM CEV race, I was able to get to know the bike and how competitive it is racing in Europe. Race 1 and 2 ended not in the way we wanted but I learned a lot this week and I will go to the Portimao race having more confidence and knowledge to be better, “

I would like to thank may Yamaha VR46 Master Camp, VR46 Academy Yamaha Motor Racing and Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. and all Filipino fans. See you on the next round in Portimao!

Paz suffered a double DNF last Sunday in Circuito de Barcelona due to mechanical reasons but showed that he has enough speed to be fighting for championship points.
