The Honda Giorno is Honda’s first attempt to build an Italian-inspired retro scooter. Marketed in the 90’s, it was originally powered by a 50cc 2-stroke engine with 10-inch wheels.

The styling is clearly inspired by the Italian wasp scooter manufacturer. The difference is that the Italian made one has all metal body while the smaller Giorno is of typical high quality plastics. Quick and zippy, it can achieve more than 60 kph top speed.

Later in early 2010, Honda brought it back as a 4-stroke scooter and is still being sold today in some countries with engines as big as 110cc.

This beautifully restored classic example is currently for sale at 2T Virus Group Page for only P55,000 by Keith Quizon of Quezon City.

It’s description is “50cc all stock, with papers registered, fully restored
55k negotiable.”

The craftsmanship of the restoration seems high so if you like it and you have acquired the 2T virus better PM ASAP.
