Torres at the Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup Finale at Sepang Malaysia

The final two rounds of the first Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup (ATC) gets underway today at the Sepang International Ciruit in Malaysia.

Lone Philippine representative Ralph Kenneth Torres will line up in 18th position for Race 1 of the weekend. Torres clocked in a fastest time 2 mins 21.256 seconds in the qualifying session held yesterday.

Torres is upbeat for the race because he is able toconsistently improve his lap times and expects to be faster in the race. “I am excited and highly motivated this weekend because many of my countrymen will be watching me here at Sepang,” said Torres who is a former IRGP Juniors Champion and recently won the last round of the Philippine Shell Advance MotoIR Championship by Honda.
