Troy Alberto arrives in Europe to start his World Championship

Filipino Troy Alberto arrived at the famous Estoril race track in Portugal to start his official tests with his new team and bike in preparation for his first FIM World Championship season.

Alberto will compete in the World Supersport 300 Championship with Fusport – RT-Motorsports by SKM – Kawasaki team, a front running team that has won races and fought for championships.

“My World SSP300 on track adventure is about start. I’m in Estoril in Portugal for my first official test with the team, ” said Troy Alberto who will be riding a Kawasaki Ninja.

Troy Alberto will be the first Filipino to compete in an FIM World Championship class in Europe. His brother TJ Alberto also previously competed in Europe in the Italian National Superbike and in the European STK1000 Championships from 2016 – 2018. TJ now competes in tha FIM Asian Superbike Championships.
