Access Plus Racing and Okada Manila today announced that Asia Road Racing Super Sport rider Troy Alberto, the brother of TJ Alberto, will be joining the Pirelli Philippine Superbike Championship (PSBK) this weekend at Clark International Speedway! He will race a CBR1000RR.

This will make it a four way battle for the win in the premier superbike class, something the fans has not seen since 2017.

“After a year and a half away due to the pandemic and injuries, I’m happy to say that I’ll be racing again this weekend in the Philippine Superbike Championship. Thank you to Access Plus Racing and all others that are supporting us,” said Troy Alberto.

The younger of the Alberto brothers last raced on Philippine soil in 2016-2017 when he won the PSBK Novice title. He then moved on to the Asia Talent Cup in 2018, Thai Talent in 2019 before making his ARRC Super Sport debut in early 2020.

Alberto started his road racing career in MotoIR2 way back in 2015.
