Yamaha Continues to Defy Limits with Second Round of the Yamaha GP

The Yamaha Grand Prix has made a spectacular comeback last December 2025. Reasserting its identity, the event delivered a full weekend of intense, multi-category racing that brought together young prospects, club racers, and seasoned competitors under a single competitive banner.

After much anticipation, Round 2 of the series is happening this July 3-5 at the same venue, the Tarlac Circuit Hill, and will be held in partnership with race organizer InsideRACING. The Yamaha Grand Prix is sanctioned by the Philippine FIM federation NAMSSA and its affiliate USRA.

It will be another adrenaline-filled and thrilling race weekend as highly skilled riders are featured in five categories of the Yamaha Grand Prix. Round 2 classes are Sniper Limited Intermediate, Sniper Limited GP Invitational, Aerox SP Grand Prix, R15M Dealer Cup and R15M Junior BLU CRU Junior Cup.

The Sniper classes will once again showcase high speed and performance with the country’s best racers eying triumph and racing glory. The Sniper Limited Intermediate is a one-make category while the Sniper Limited GP Invitational will feature own race bikes of participants.

Young talented racers will continue their quest for supremacy in the R15M Junior BLU CRU Junior Cup which had an exciting first round back in December. Knox Pantaleon leads the standings after the first two races. Meanwhile, the R15M Dealer Cup is another highly anticipated category brought by JOVAS, Guanzon, Motor Ace, CDO 2 Cycles and New Nemar. These dealers have selected riders from the R15M Junior BLU CRU Junior Cup.

More than ten aftermarket teams which are also top racing teams in the country are competing in the Aerox SP Grand Prix. Seasoned riders are vying for victory in this R&D category which aims to develop the Aerox V3. Participating teams and riders are TSMP, Federal KESO KOBY and Masato Fernando, Hyperboy Racing Team and Rain del Mundo, EJ22 Agnat KOBY VMan and EJ Sobretodo, Spec V and Tracy Soyangco,  4S1M EVO SMOKK and JE Inguito, ADM Racing Team and Jasper Castro, DE69 and Dustin Esguerra, JCP RCB and Loudan Ian Guieb, SDF-1 and Andrei Reyes, ARISUN Racing Team and Nedy Duran and Pitsbike SEC 88 Racing Team and Jhareld Resultay.
