Yamaha releases the biggest displacement Blue Core Engine in the XMAX and the legendary SR400

Motorcycle fans were in for a treat last March 14 as they witnessed the unveiling of 2 new motorcycles from Yamaha.

After the NMAX and the TMAX, The XMAX 300 completes the Yamaha MAX series of scooters. It features a traction control system, keyless entry via proximity key, ABS, adjustable front windshield, and is currenty the biggest displacement Blue Core engine in the market at 300cc. It is available in Matte Gray or Bronze. It is sold in Yamaha 3S Shops and Multi-Brand shops at an SRP of 249,000 Php.

Then there is also the classic looking SR400. Although it has been made into a fuel-injected machine, it maintains the classic styling of this legend – kickstart, and all. “The SR400 is really a legendary bike. This motorcycle embodies the retro image of Yamaha. Talagang made for customizing, very flexible – cafe racer, tracker, scrambler, kung ano ang gusto ng customer you can do it with this motorcycle. Very powerful 400cc engine. It gives a feel that you own the road. The feel, the vibrations, really classic. It’s like driving your father’s bike but on a newer, brand new motorcycle,” shared Mr. Ryan Jude Camus of Yamaha Motor Philippines.
The SR400 is priced at 329,000 Php.
