Yamaha Sniper 155 | Mio Aerox bLU cRU Camp will Rev Racing Hearts at Tarlac Circuit Hill

To highlight the All New Sniper 155 and Mio Aerox, Yamaha Motor Philippines in partnership with InsideRACING is holding an exhilarating three-day event at the Tarlac Circuit Hill from September 6-8. The Sniper | Mio Aerox bLU cRU Camp is an exciting event which features a racing clinic, track day, racing competition and all-star race featuring Yamaha’s top riders.

After its successful leg in Cebu in August, it is time for Luzon riders to experience motorsports adrenaline and learn the safety of racing with the Yamaha bLU cRU Camp

Yamaha Motor Philippines aims to provide opportunity to their customers to learn the proper way of racing through bLU cRU program and offer grassroots experience. The goal is to expand the popularity of racing in the Philippines while at the same time showcasing the great features of the Sniper 155 and Mio Aerox. By conducting a racing clinic, track day and race competition for their customers, Yamaha Motor Philippines lets them to experience how fun and excitement racing is.

The event is open to all Sniper and Mio Aerox owners who want to experience racing action. Participants must have at least 2 years of experience in riding Sniper 155 or Mio Aerox and must have a valid driver’s license and proof of motorcycle ownership. They must be physically fit. First 25 Sniper owners and 25 Mio Aerox will be part of this activity.

In the morning September 6, the racing clinic will be held and participants will learn the fundamentals of racing as well as maneuvering through a discussion led by Coach Joey Storm Rivero. There will also be practice runs on Day 1 of the bLu cRu Camp aside from discussions.

On Day 2, September 7, scheduled are the practice and qualifying session of the races. Participants will have a circuit practice session to familiarize the track and the race bike and the qualifying will determine the position of the participants in the Sunday Race. There will be an All Star Super Pole and Y-Club Super Pole.

Practice will be held in the morning of Day 3 while the final races are in the afternoon. Race categories for Yamaha customers and enthusiasts are Sniper155 bLU cRU Race and Mio Aerox bLU cRU Race. Race classes for Yamaha Club Members are Sniper155 bLU cRU YClub Race and Mio Aerox bLU cRU YClub Race. The top 2 podium team winners in the YClub category of Sniper and Aerox will watch the MotoGP in Indonesia this 2024. Limited slots only. Pro racers are featured in the Sniper155 All Star Cup race. The All Yamaha Track Day will also be held on September 8. The track day is free categories are Sniper, Mio/Aerox/NMAX and R15/R3. Each category will have 30 participants. Minimum gears for the track day include padded riding pants, padded riding jacket with back protector, riding boots or ankle high rubber shoes, full fingered gloves and DOT full face helmet (quick release lock is ok, modular type helmet not allowed). For the Yamaha motorcycle, headlight and signal lights must be taped, speedometer panel must be covered or taped and the side stand must be removed.
