Pirelli Rides with Ducati to Introduce New Angel GT II Tire

Caloocan Sales Center, the official distributor of the Pirelli tire brand in the Philippines, partnered with Ducati Philippines for a ride to Baler, Aurora last July 20. It is the first time for Pirelli to stage a ride event in the country and to launch their new product with a riding group, the Ducati Touring Team. Italian brands Pirelli and Ducati are technical partners.

Present at the activity were Pirelli Asia Sales Manager Mr. Justin Yeo as well as Mr. Louie Ruben and of course Caloocan Sales Center’s Mr. Philip “Pipoy” Ang who all rode to Costa Pacifica resort in Baler on Ducati motorcycles. Ducati Philippines’ CEO Mr. Toti Alberto and wife Ms. Joy Alberto were also present together with Ducati mechanics. Senator JV Ejercito also participated in the ride. Ducati is distributed in the country by Access Plus.

“We have ridden from Manila all the way to Baler, through twisties, through straight roads. The reason why we are doing this together with Ducati is the introduction of the new GT II. Indeed, the Ducati riders who participated in the ride had positive feedback for the new Angel GT II tires and noticed that these tires are more stable on the road. A product presentation about the Angel GT II tires was held and riders’ questions about Pirelli’s new tire were entertained and answered.
