Triumph Motorcycles Philippines proudly announces the official launch of the Triumph Scrambler 400 XC, now available at Triumph Motorcycle dealerships nationwide with a suggested retail price (SRP) of PhP 404,000.

Built to expand Triumph’s acclaimed 400 cc Modern Classic range, the Scrambler 400 XC elevates the scrambler experience with enhanced off-road focus and authentic adventure DNA, while retaining the iconic styling that riders have come to love.

Unmistakable Scrambler Character
The Scrambler 400 XC is powered by a responsive 398 cc liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder engine delivering around 40 PS and 37.5 Nm of torque, paired with a smooth 6-speed gearbox and ride-by-wire throttle for intuitive throttle control.

Designed to thrive both on paved roads and rougher terrain, the 400 XC brings a suite of rider-centric features:
Tubeless wire-spoked wheels (19″ front / 17″ rear) for improved durability and off-road readiness.
High-mounted, color-matched front mudguard + body-colored flyscreen for protection and style.
Aluminum sump guard and engine bars as standard for added protection on rugged trails.
Switchable traction control and dedicated off-road ABS mode to adapt to varying surfaces.
Analogue + LCD instrument cluster with digital readouts and USB-C charging.

- Color Availability in the Philippines
The Triumph Scrambler 400 XC will be available in three striking paint options:
• Racing Yellow — vibrant and eye-catching
• Vanilla White — classic and clean
• Storm Grey — sophisticated and understated

These color schemes are designed to match the bike’s rugged character and premium finish.
Differences between the Scrambler 400 XC and the 400 X
While sharing the same core engine and modern scrambler heritage as the Scrambler 400 X, the 400 XC stands apart in several key ways:
- Off-road-ready wheels: XC gets tubeless wire-spoked wheels for durability and confident handling on rougher surfaces. Whereas the 400 X uses cast alloy wheels better suited to mixed road use.
- Adventure protection gear: Standard aluminum sump guard and engine crash bars on the XC offer better protection; the 400 X does not include these from the factory.

- Flyscreen and mudguard styling: The XC comes with a color-matched flyscreen and high front fender that emphasize rugged practicality, while the X prioritizes classic scrambler minimalism.
Unique colors and graphics: The XC’s exclusive color palette (Racing Yellow, Vanilla White, and Storm Grey) sets it apart from the 400 X’s dual-tone schemes.
- Mechanically, both models share the same capable chassis, suspension travel, and engine performance, but the 400 XC is geared more toward riders who want a bike that’s showroom-ready for tougher terrain straight out of the crate without needing aftermarket upgrades.
