Entry level underbone Yamaha Sight packed with features and gives a new meaning to the term entry-level.
Yahama Motor Philippines brings another meaning to it, and this bike is definitely not basic. The Yamaha Sight, aimed at both the entry-level market and for those wanting to have a low-priced but fuel-efficient machine was recently unveiled at the dealer convention hosted by Yamaha at the Conrad Hotel in Pasay City. As the tag line states, “See it your way”, this moped will help you in your daily commute while providing a the maximum efficiency for you and your budget with its 115cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. The Sight’s engine has excellent cooling properties, and since it is fuel-injected it is very fuel efficient. The forged piston also reduces vibration. It is also packed with safety features such as a front disc brake.
During the launch, Yamaha’s Marketing Section Senior Manager Mr. Ryan Jude Camus had this to say, “We are now here at the launching of the latest Yamaha moped which is the Yamaha Sight. Yamaha Sight is the first FI moped of its category. Right now it has a disc brake and an option between cast wheel and spoke wheel. At the same time it has a very cool and edgy design. At dahil siya ay fuel injected, very fuel-efficient. So this is the best time for you to change your motorcycles and get the Yamaha Sight – see it your way!”
The Yamaha Sight is available in 2 variations with 2 colors each. The Cast Wheel with disc brake, which retails for Php 62,900 features the Yellow Hornet and the Black Raven. The spoked wheel variant with disc brake gets the Black Raven and Red Metallic colors and is sold at Php 59,900. Both variants will be available in both 3S and Multibrand shops nationwide starting September.
Present during the event are Yamaha executives led by its president Mr. Toru Osugi and Sales and Marketing Director Mr. Kaoru Ogura.
