Cutting-Edge Sporty Honda Airblade150 Launched

Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) started 2020 by raising the bar in the scooter segment as it officially introduced the all-new Airblade150 last January 18 at Market! Market! in Taguig.

The Honda Airblade 150 is a cutting-edge sporty scooter that is stylish and comfortable to ride. The new scooter from Honda Philippines is cutting-edge in sporty design, advanced technology, easy handling and pillion riding.

Present at the launch were Honda Philippines’ President Mr. Susumu Mitsuishi, General Manager of Motorcycle Business Planning Department Mr. Jomel Jerezo, AVP for Finance Ms. Beth Alejandro, EVP of Manufacturing Division Mr. Hiroyuki Yasunaga, Department Manager of Motorcycle Planning Mr. Hervic Villa and the rest of the HPI team. Gracing the event were Honda ambassadors Coco Martin and Yassi Pressman who rode the Airblade150 during the launch and in the test ride course afterwards. Honda dealers, members of the media and the public got to see the latest offering of Honda for urban riders.

Built to be enjoyed by both driver and passenger, the Honda Airblade150 has lightweight precision and a superb engine that delivers maximum power performance and fuel efficiency. It has a 4.4 L fuel tank capacity and can go up to 47km/L fuel consumption. It has a powerful 150cc liquid-cooled SOHC engine for superior function in stop-and-go situations and prime acceleration without lag for hassle-free long rides and also offers a 22.7L U-Box that can accommodate full-faced helmets and has enough room for the rider’s personal belongings. Other features are Smart Key, Power Socket for recharging devices and smartphones, and a front-wheel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).

With a suggested retail price of Php 109,000.00, the Honda Airblade150 is available in Matte Galaxy Black Metallic, Candy Caribbean Blue Sea and Candy Ross Red colors. It will be available at all Honda’s dealerships this March 2020. Customers may now visit the nearest Honda dealer for reservations. Honda Philippines also exhibited their other motorcycles and scooters outside Market! Market! and had fun games and activities for the crowd. Test ride of their motorcycles was also held.
