Pirelli Distributors Meet

Pasay City- The First Pirelli  Area Distributors Meeting is being held today, August 1 at the brand new Conrad Manila Hotel. The event is being attended by local area distributors on the Philippines and key media people including IR and TORQUE magazines. It is organized by Pirelli local importer Performance Parts Corporation,  headed by Mr. Philip Ang and Katherine Ang.

Present are the top officials from Pirelli Asia headed by its Moto Commercial Director Mr. Pier Paolo Orazi  and Head of Motorcycle Business Mr. Enrico Maria D’ Aloja. The meeting started with a brief  presentation of the Pirelli history and a background of it new plant in Indonesia as well as the recent WSBK event held recently in Sepang where Pirelli had a new tire launch and track event.

The dealers then had a technical training on proper tire storage, application, usage, wear, damage and repair.
Pirelli tires have been in the market in the Philippines fora years now and recently have been intensifying their efforts in response to the growing local market. They are the current Philippine National Superbike Sponsor and have recently introduced the Angel City tire for smaller bikes as well.as new models for scooters.
