A Spanish multinational energy and petrochemical company based in Madrid, Repsol is engaged in worldwide upstream and downstream activities. Repsol Lubricants marked an important milestone in its international expansion by completing its first local production in the Philippines with its new joint venture last June 17, 2025. The achievement took place at the Valenzuela plant and has been reached less than four months after the signing of an agreement with Unioil Lubricants Inc (ULI), thus consolidating the manufacturing plans laid out in this strategic alliance.
