Western Bicutan Riders Club Now 18 Years Strong!

WBRC (Western Bicutan Riders Club) celebrated their 18^th anniversary last July 30 at the South Spring Villas in Laguna.

It was a fun-filled gathering supported by Shell Philippines, InsideRACING Magazine, Motorsiklo Xklusibo, CASCO Market and ANGKAS. Items given by sponsors were raffled off to the delight of the club members who also enjoyed the different games at the event. The WBRC event team made sure the celebration will be a memorable and successful one and their efforts are well appreciated.

The group started at Barangay Western Bicutan in Taguig with ten members on underbone and backbone motorcycles back in 2013. A year after, WBRC was registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission and became a legit riders club.

As years went by, many have joined WBRC because of the group’s great advocacy. Ricky Abella serves as the leader of the group and is the National Chairman working together with club officials all over the country. He always reminds his members that they are not there to boast or race on public roads but their purpose is to help others and be disciplined riders.

WBRC has conducted many rides and charitable activities such as bloodletting, rescue, clean up drive, tree planting, donation drive and others through the years. The club has also been awarded as the Best Motorcycle Club of the Philippines in a competition organized by Shell in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Now with 33 chapters all over the country, WBRC continuous to help in any way they can. Aside from riding, they also do activities that manifest their care for the environment. Each chapter is acknowledged and their efforts for the solidarity of the group and their charitable works are always recognized.

For 18 years, WBRC has been one solid group and with their good intentions and great bond, many great years are indeed ahead for this club whose tagline is “Tara na! Sama ka sa Byaheng Masaya Hatid Ay Tulong At PagAsa!”
